Corey’s Sugar Shack is a family-run sugar bush nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley. From pure NYS maple syrup to BBQ favorites like our beloved garlic maple seasoning, everything we make is rooted in simple ingredients, hard work, and a whole lot of love. Whether you’re visiting us in person or enjoying our syrup at home, you’re part of the Corey’s family—and we truly mean that.
We are excited to welcome you back this March for Maple Weekends! Come visit the sugar shack, see the maple syrup–making process firsthand, taste syrup straight from the source, and celebrate the season with us. It’s one of our favorite times of year, and we’d love to share it with you.

Join us at Corey's Sugar Shack in Highland, NY during March for a delicious, fun-filled outing that has a little something for all maple-lovers to taste and experience. We're offering 30-minute guided tours and tastings for $5 per person (children under 5 are free) for the month of March. ​​Call John for availability and reservations: (845) 706-2484​

Every year, our family raises money for a scholarship fund in memory of our nephew, Kyle DeMaio, who tragically passed away in 2018.
