Corey’s Sugar Shack is a family-run sugar bush nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley. From pure NYS maple syrup to BBQ favorites like our beloved garlic maple seasoning, everything we make is rooted in simple ingredients, hard work, and a whole lot of love. Whether you’re visiting us in person or enjoying our syrup at home, you’re part of the Corey’s family—and we truly mean that.

 

Our hearts are so full after this year’s Maple Weekends, the Grand American Barbecue World Championship, and this year's homemade maple syrup contest. To everyone who came out to visit, take a tour, taste syrup, and spend time with us—thank you.
